Salary Scale: £20000-£30000 depending on experience + Bonus + Company pension

Full Details
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development of formulations for Household Care to support Sales and Marketing requirements
• Build relation with key customer on technical projects
• Drive the NPD work and build good relation with suppliers
• Carry out technical analysis in support to customer/internal queries
• Test fragrances and raw materials according to project requirements
• Maintain database of testing and advised the project team of results
• Be a technical expert providing support and advice to team members on fragrance/ Raw material interaction with finished products
• Report progress of projects on a monthly basis to the Group Technical Manager
Experience and Skills:
• Preferably educated to Chemistry degree level or equivalent
• Must have a good understanding of surfactant chemistry and ideally some experience in formulating Household Care or Personal Care products.
• Must have 2 to 3 years’ experience in formulating products
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
